Remington 700 VSSF in 22-250

Folks,
I'm looking for any information-pros / cons on a rifle I think is a model 700-VS.
A friend asked me to shoot it and see what I think of it. It's in a synthetic stock with a little wider forearm - stainless and fluted. Any help you can pass along will be greatly appreciated.

"Down South 68-69"

I own a 22-250 700-VS like the picture above. The only change I made to it was an aftermarket trigger. This rifle used to be go-to rifle for groundhogs. My load was 50grn Nosler Ballistic Tip bullets with H4895 and, Fed 210GM primer in Win. Brass. Shot really well. She's a safe queen now I'm sad to say.

Nah they were something else. They are like a light varmint rig. Not sure if that's a HS or a B&C stock. Similar time period from memory.

Sounds right, it’s a thin barrel and it’s not a hs stock for sure,
