I’ve played with them all.Looking to replace a Remington 700 trigger on my varmint rifle project looking input choices rifle basix, triggertech ,or bix n Andy Dakota
I’ll be ordering another Jewell from you soon. Thanks to all who gave me an ata boy on being a Jewell trigger vendor.
For the ones who didn't, one day I hope you will see the light and cross over to Jewell. I try to be the best at what I do, and that's selling JEWELL triggers. I have the best delivered price, w/the fastest delivery time on the planet. Not only do I want to be your JEWELL trigger dealer, I want to be your ONLY Jewell dealer. LDS
TT's web page for the Diamond says, in red ink, "for cloned actions only," which I take to mean, not actual Rem 700's. Any idea why?I have switched all of my 700s to triggertech. From the primary to the diamond, there is no creep what so ever
The TT triggers work on both remmys and aftermarket , 700 style actions. The diamond has no provision for a bolt release, that is why it says for clones( with side bolt release)TT's web page for the Diamond says, in red ink, "for cloned actions only," which I take to mean, not actual Rem 700's. Without going to the Diamond there appears to be no way to get below 16 oz. in pull-weight with a TT. That is a little much for me.
I'm also wondering how you could make a better trigger than the Jewell, though maybe some of finer points are just lost on me.
The Jewell triggers I’ve bought from you are always great and at an excellent price. I have never had anything bad to say about Jewell. Great all around triggers for any competition or sporting rifles. Thanks to all who gave me an ata boy on being a Jewell trigger vendor.

They have worked beautifully in the 3 I have. YMMVTT tech support recommends that the Diamond NOT be installed in Rem factory actions.
The manufacturing tolerances they've seen in factory remington actions can cause the trigger to not work - according to TT tech support.
I had the same question and called them.
I considered the B&A several yrs ago, and spoke w/the importer to discover I wasnt going to make anymore money to sell a $400 B&A than I was to sell a $200. Jewell. Easy decision. The Jewell triggers I’ve bought from you are always great and at an excellent price. I have never had anything bad to say about Jewell. But I feel Bixn’ Andy is a notch above Jewell in quality. The TacSport models are maintenance free. TacSport PRO model can go light enough for BR shooting and then heavy enough for a hunting rifle that’s gets heavy abuse in the field and no need to change out pull weight springs. One spring that will take you from a few ounces all the way to 2.5 lbs. Plus there’s something about those ball bearings just feels and operates better. You should pick up the BnA line in your store to expand your portfolio!![]()
