Curious as why you want to “Cam Over”?Is there a reloading press out there today being made today that cams over. Thanks
Yes, that’s true…The Second Gen AREA 419 ZERO Press. I believe the Short Action Customs NEXUS Press cams over too, you can set it up for cam over or put stops in for no cam over.
Yes it does.Doesn't the Co-Ax press cam over?
For sure, but puts a lot of stress on the jaws…Yes it does.
Yes, I've found that "light cam over" to produce the most consistent shoulder bump and is the reason I had my Co-Ax doing it. And when I got my Nexus. . . the same thing. One new press, a bit pricey, by Short Action Customs, offers the option of cam over or not, and makes cam over independent of die to shell holder contact. Light cam over tends to produce more consistent shoulder bump and seating depth with threaded dies.
