reloading at the rifle range

I'll add another vote for going to a match and seeing what people use and how they do it. With the right tools it's a pretty simple operation. On the rare occasion I see somebody loading at the range outside of a match, inevitably they bring way too much stuff and it turns into a mess. Throwing everything on the bench into boxes and hauling it all to the range isn't the way to do it.

Everybody has their own system but one piece of advice I can give that worked well for me is to practice with your range kit at home for awhile before taking it out. Set it up and pack it up when you're finished, only use the tools in the kit, and get rid of anything not being used. It takes a little effort but pretty quickly you'll get it streamlined down to a functional kit and then when you actually take it to the range it'll be a piece of cake. I loaded out my kit for a couple months before taking it anywhere.

For powder, throwing charges is sufficient for my needs so I use a Harrells measure with a tool box adaptor and weigh the min/max charges beforehand at home. That way I can load by clicks at the range and convert them back to weight after. For weighed charges, using vials I think is the way to go.
