Reloading at the range

I know many of you benchrest shooters reload at the range. How do you keep your powder from blowing around in the wind? I am in ND and 25 to 40mph wind is very common.

I have a MXX123 scale and had to block the vent in the room along with not breath on the scale to make it not bounce all over heck.

Get your self a benchrest style powder dispenser.They come with
a clear drop tube that allows you to get the powder into the case without being affected by the wind. I would suggest a Harrel BR despenser to start out with.
