I think that depends on what is available to clamp your press to at the range you go to. Do you take a folding table to the range or are there tables or benches already available? In either case you have to take an appropriate size "C" Clamp and attach them to the table or bench. At the range in Phoenix they have picnic table style benches(concrete) that incorporate a solid steel edge, most presses can be clamped to this edge. Some shooters have folding tables with a 3/4" top and they clamp their press too that top.
there are other methods that would also work, Sinclair sells a wooden device that allows you to mount the press then use a "C"clamp to attach it to the bench. They charge $75.00 for it and I think anyone with a little bit of woodworking experience could build it for a lot less. Probably many more but these are the most frequent metods that I have observed.
