Redding Type S FL Sizing Die and shoulder bump

Palma chamber is going to be tailored to a 155/157gr bullet.
Not any other chamber difference. Certainly none that affect your ctg case...

Got no reason to "Bump" shoulder every time you size.
Got no reason to full size the neck either.

Try setting your bushing so it sizes halfway down the neck.
Try shooting 155gr Sierra SMK bullets...

Gonna want heavier bullets? Might need to have the chamber throated to fit the bullet you select, or find a VLD bullet that gives you ogive dimension in about same location as 155gr would. You can seat the bullet deeper to arrive at correct position, but doing so will affect case capacity and pressure.

The half-sized case neck gives you more precise centering in chamber with ammunition seated. Without FL sizing, your case retains its original orientation as another benefit.

Until your bolt won't close, you don't need to size your cases.

Might look at a Lee Universal depriming die. They are very nice value for the money and knock out your primer w/o any sizing effect on your cases. Guess you can buy their depriming rod and base set too, for $5 or so.

Try chambering your fired brass. Unless it needs trimming because it is over 2.005" it should chamber pretty easily in a bolt rifle. Try the 1/2 neck sizing and shoot a few groups with 155gr bullets. You might be surprised!
