Will this die bump the shoulder back and what part of the die does it, the die body or the bushing ?

Yes it will. The die idy does it. The bushing never touches the shoulder when set up properly and if it does it will square the top of the shoulder.

They work just like any other FL bushing die that I've seen. (other than those that have the shoulder incorporated into the bushing)Yes, they will bump the shoulder, assuming your chamber is set up so that it can. The diameter takes the case od down and the shoulder bumps the case back per your adjustment of it. The bushing is not intended to do anything nor reach the shoulder...just the neck and typically, it won't go all the way down. They're intended this way and work well. Beyond that, we need more info. There are situations that the bushing can size the entire neck and even kiss the neck shoulder junction.
