my redding .243 winchester micrometer bullet seater varies seating the bullet by up to .005" in length.
when seater is adjusted -most lengths are the same but in 20 rounds, 5-7 will be mostly longer
are these normal tolerances?
could this variable length be caused by the berger and scenar bullets i use?
