Mark,
Get good directions somehow. If you follow your GPS you could be in a mess like Al and I got into. We about rolled the truck into ditches, over hillsides, down in mud etc. I still do not know how to get to the place, though we got out a different way and it was not remotely as bad.
RWB needs to post a detailed map or drawing on how to navigate those dirt trails to get to the range.
We will be at the club meeting so give us a complete report soon as you can.
Its Ohoopee Church Rd off Hazzard Rd I changed it to go with google maps. When you come if you get lost just stop and ask the locals Im sure they will tell you where to go.WAIT...
There is no road on the tightest map I can find called Hazzard off Rt.68. There is only Smith Pond, Helton, Burdette, Copeland and then you are north to Hgy 15.
Not even a hint of TennilleOconee Rd or Avant Cemetery.
I am on MapQuest zoomed in the maximum. Will try Google Maps later.
Google maps shows going north on Rt 272 to TennilleOconee Rd. Then you could go WEST on Avant Rd.
Where you go after that is unknown.
What can we say? We thought we had it hidden well enough but you found it any way.Since I never found Hazzard R. It will take much more looking.
There is no use putting Red White and Blue Range into a search. You get nothing. Be nice to see a satellite map of the exact location to go off of.
Oh well. Mark is also Polish. Hope he does better than we did to direct himself in with that huge in-bed truck camper.
