I had a great time shooting and it always helps to shoot some personal best groups and scores.I would like to thank all of those folks working behind the scenes to run the match.The pit crew on Sun did an awesome job! I would also like to thank Mr Tom for all his hard work in building the range and giving us a place to shoot.

Working on the sponsor wall if anyone is interested in getting on the wall send me a PM and we will get it all worked out . Mr Tom has been hard at work and when everyone comes to the next match you will agree with me .

The Red White and Blue Range will be open the following days each Month for members to practice .
Tuesday ,Wednesday Saturday and Sunday .
Make sure you put cable up on side road going into range . We will have a sign in sheet at the range as well as a tag system as we get things in place . If work is being done on range we will work with you to make sure everything works out and is safe . The range is only open for 1000 yard targets at this time.
You can also call me or Tom if you need to come at another time and we will try our best to get you worked in .

Well its time to get ready for The Red White and Blue IBS Benchrest match’s 4 5 and 6 of our season . I’m not going to go over everything that has been done since our 1 3 match’s other than you are going to see a totally different look . What Tom, Brian and the NC1000 crew have done is almost unbelievable. I ported some pictures of a sponsor wall this isn’t a wall that cost any company or individual any $$ is a wall that shows everyone that has shown us support early in this and it will get larger as we go . We fill like showing our support to each of you . It will have a few more added this week.
We will start match 4 with heavy gun I will post a firing order mid week. Look forward to seeing everyone at Georgia's newest and fastest growing Rifle range . See you all soon

Sure was hoping you would have had that shoot over the 4th of July. Red, White and Blue you know.
We have a club shoot at Manatee this weekend. Still two are heading back to shoot with you. More of us will be at our places in Georgia over the 4th of July weekend. One day we will get it together. Keep up the good work and the updates.

Captain Mel we have made tremendous improvements but a air conditioned firing line is not one of them . We hope to get through this weekend and keep everyone hydrated with free water and cooling towels due to the tough GA heat which is just as bad in Florida. Next year our matches will be a a lot earlier in hope of beating the heat. A 4th of July celebration would be nice to have that’s for sure maybe we can get AC in the future

Dave, you got me laughing.
We had a steel match last week that went a bit past noon. I shot for a change and on the last relay group you could not really see the disc with that mirage. I mean "boiling" would not describe the sight. Hard to see if anything was even hit and moved. Got funny in the Florida heat and humidity. Know from my place in Georgia that it even gets HOTTER there in the Summer as there is little water influence to mitigate temperatures. Then you have to shoot with the no see 'ums and other critters crawling in your sweat.
Bet your best shooters do well as many will complain and psych themselves out. I loved it when we got that mirage going strong. That was my signal to clean the round and take over. May you and Donna do the same and remember our two Florida guys will think it is normal and be right there.

Sight in starts tomorrow at 9 will end around 5 . Saturday and Sunday matches start at 8 sign in starts at 6 . We will start with Heavy Gun Saturday. Please remember sure feet are required. I also hear that Cheif Wilson of the tator family will be cooking up some good grumb . Most of all a good time will be had by all that’s mandatory. Safe travels to all . We also want to Thank Washington County and The Great State of Georgia officials and Governor Kemp for Opening Georgia up .Rebel Proud
