will they fit on a non target action? and if so are they available to purchase. I understand that the entire assembly would need replaced unlike installing a rifle basix trigger. just wondering for my own info. thanks guys

While I was waiting for a new bbl I took my a target Accutrigger (complete unit) off an action and put in on a 10FCP HS I was using for F-T/R, seemed to work fine and I'm pretty sure that is just a plain Jane Savage action other than the matte finish.
As far as buying one, you could try going direct to Savage for the parts, but you will have to have a gunsmith buddy order them as they won’t sell fire control parts to the public.... on the other hand some letterhead with your name and the word “Gunsmith” faxed to them may or may not get you your parts

Yes it will fit a standard accu-trigger, but you will not gain a thing, because it is the same trigger, just the center blade painted read, the magic comes from the sear (IDed by a small dimple under the bolt release flag.) more so the angle that the sear is cut at.
