Recording how many firings

How are you keeping up with how many times you’ve fired your brass?
I keep a folded sheet of paper ("Case Prep Log") that I keep with each batch of brass, whether in a box or in a freezer bag that I track what I do to the brass each time I process it. Here's what the back side of one looks like (attached file is PDF file of the blank form):

I use store-bought labels which I stick on the ammo box (or put the same info on a piece of paper into a tub or other container). I don't circle one of the numbers fired until bullets are actually seated, otherwise if I circle and don't seat bullets for a period of time, I forget whether I had already done so. I also write the AMP code and any other specific info to replicate that load as needed. For some calibers, I have multiple dies, so I'll specify which one, etc. I like these little labels which were purchased long ago from Sinclaire International (now Brownell's). They only sell labels made by MTM now, but they get the job done. I used to print similar labels on self-adhesive paper bought at Staples, which I ran through my printer. I also keep a logbook for my best recipes, along with velocity, SD's, etc., plus a separate logbook for rounds fired on each barrel.

I spilt the brass up into 25 piece batches. I store them in zipper-lock baggies. I keep a post-it note with the brass that has this information on it:

Manufacturer
Lot #
AMP code
Neck thickness
Primer pocket uniformed
Number of firings

PopCharlie

Midun size Spiral note book with tabs for my calibers/ rifles. I keep up with firings on the barrels in the those notes, a sidebar tally

I have to do the math to know how many firings on the brass.
The brass tells me when it's tired with primer pockets & sealing wave marks on the shoulders.

I work in "batches" (usually 50 or 100). Then I label the loaded ammo boxes with the number of times fired. After firing I put them in a labeled container, accumulating 50 to 100 before doing it all again.

Labeled containers work the best for me. I do large lots. Current one
is 300 cases.
I use stick on labels and record via hash marks how many times I reload brass on the ammo box. I also put a dot over a hash mark to indicate whether I trimmed the brass and a red slash under the hash mark to indicate when I anneal the cases.

I have several small plastic tubs marked 1x, 2x, 3x, etc. After I shoot, fired brass gets sorted into the appropriate tub. After I deprime and tumble, brass is sorted into plastic flip top boxes. I have a preprinted checklist with all my brass prep steps and pertinent info, which stays in each box until I load the brass.
