Recommendations for 6ppc build

If you already have a 6 Grendel, I don't think there's enough difference in the Grinch to justify the dies, fireforming and etc, but of course if you WANT to try something else, I think it'd be very good. I shoot a straight 6 Grendel and I love it but to each, their own and we sometimes do things just to see.

I think either are a tad better than the smaller ppc for what you've stated you want to do with it but that JMHO. Not trying to convince you either way, just my 2 cents is all. You don't need a reason, just a desire.

I'm on the fence right now about doing a Grendel or a BR on a 10 twist. I'd like to do the Grendel but who knows when brass will be available from Lapua. To me, that's a big factor. I can fire form it from 220R brass but the necks end up about .015ish short. I can live with that if I have to but I'd much prefer Grendel brass. It's just so easy, which is part of the beauty of the Grendel cases. Neck it up, neck it down or leave it alone. It's a great case every which way.

If Lapua brass was available, I might chamber it up tonight! Lol! I think it or the ppc will be in its wheelhouse with 90-95gr bullets vs the 105 class bullets, particularly at 600. You don't give up much bc, if anything, when you look at the numbers and speeds. That's all. Whatever you do, report back on it and have fun with it.
