Re-barrel smith advice

I am desiring to have a Sako 75 in 300 WSM rebarreled with a Krieger barrel, I am located in the northern burbs of Atlanta, GA. and I am looking for gunsmith recommendations in this area.
I am also interested in recommendations on a smith to build me a complete rifle on a Defiance action--would also like the smith to be in at least the SE United States

Any referrals recommendations appreciated...

Dave Tooley is as good as you will find. Why do they have to be in the SE? Do you have USPS or UPS?
