Lou Murdica post from BR Central

This is a hard post...about a friend & shooter passing
It is with great sadness that I must post the passing of more than just a good friend.

Tom Libby died today of a massive heart attack. We have been friends for more than 3 decades.

I will certainly miss his friendship and without a doubt his sense of humor as I'm sure many other

shooters will.

He will be shooting all zeros from now on at the big range up in the sky.

Rest In Peace Tom

Don't know how many here knew Tom Libby but his passing is a great set back for the BR crowd and anyone else that knew him. Sun always shined on Tom and I doubt he had any enemy's. I first meet Tom and his wife at the 89 Super Shoot and made life long friend.

We are dimished

Tom's death is indeed a great loss to the Benchrest community. It always brightened my day to see him. I am truly saddened by the loss and my condolences to his wife Carolyn.

Tom was always the "life of the party". I saw him at the super-shoot as "Big Bird" and also as "Aunt Jemimah". What a character. RIP Tom.

Sadness

Might I suggest you change the top of your post as the title and the first sentence sounded like Lou was the one the post was about and I about swallowed my tongue. With the greatest of respect. Jefferson

Very sad news! Havent seen Tom in 7 years I guess. But he left a lasting impression on everybody he met. It goes without saying it was a good lasting impression!! He was one of a kind. I have bought alot of his used br equipment when he would "update". Like brand new because Tom usually had the best of the best. Will be greatly missed.
