Yes, and they won't need apart number I bet. You will probably get one in the mail free.

However, IF we are talking about the same part, I measured a few of mine and they are all .250"
 
Hell yeah! Just got off the phone with RCBS customer service and there sending me a set of small and large rifle priming rod assemblies for no charge, very cool!

This is why I keep buying their products.. Not Becouse I don't have problems I have had a lot of replacement parts but if something is broke I get it always. But rcbs has never charged me ever, even upgrading things for free. The other day I had a problem with my hand primer from day one not pushing primers straight so I got tired and called. They sent me the new upgraded version parts, if course for free..

Becouse everything I buy is always broken customer service is key for me.. I will buy again and again if they have good customer service. If not iam done with a company right then.. Iam glad they treated you so well..

They take it seriously when I first got started I wrote them an email describing all the problems with a rockchuker kit I bought even the rolling block was not threaded right to accept the handle.. The only thing I didn't have problems with was the loading block and the funnel and the lube pad.. I got a call from the head of their customer service and was told it made it all the way up to the VP of the company.. They sent me all the parts I needed and a set of dies for free for my trouble.. They even upgraded the 505 scale that was horrible with a 10/10... And told me to bend the beam on the 505 and throw it away so there must have been problems..
