Josh, I've been on the phone with that gentleman and I love him. He's the kind of guy I'd like to spend a day shooting or fishing with. Ya can tell he's worked for the company for --- yeeeeaaaarrrs, and knows where every obsolete part, is located, and what other models of machines it could be found on or used for. Guys like him are the' last of the breed, and when they're gone, the world will suffer for it. jdUsed to be you looked thru a catalog. Now you can type a little and find what you want. If I can’t find something, I call them (oh, the bother of calling) and a very nice guy I never met finds a part for a LONG discontinued press and sends it to me for free! The gall of some companies! They won’t take my money, even if I argue about it! How horrible, disagreeing with a loyal customer of 50 years!![]()

The banner is a bit annoying with the amount of screen height it encumbers. They've got a link to contact them (https://rcbs.com/contact/). Send 'em a note; maybe they'll shrink it a bit for us.I've given up on RCBS website. The banner they force across the top takes up a third of the screen leaving too little room to see actual products and descriptions. They must not personally use or test their site or they see it's terrible as is. I'm sure they won't care one guy has written them off due to their ego satisfying HUGE banner parked in the way of doing business with them, but it's a shame to not be able to see the entirety of photos etc. because of it.
I was having a problem yesterday, with crimping for a 38 spec. First time I've called RCBS in over 60 years of using their products. A very nice lady found my error, after I finally explained it accurately. Wrong die, problem solved. She had outstanding patience and knowledge, the correct new die is on it's way.Never a problem with RCBS in over 60 years of using their fine products. Whatta Hobby!
