In search of one small hole...
I always think that it's fitting to praise companies when they do something right because I'm sure ready to expose them when they don't. Take for instance, RCBS customer service. Last week I had a spring break in one of my 40 year old RCBS components. I fired off an email to RCBS customer service telling them that this specific spring had broken and how much money and want did I have to do to get a replacement. The next day I receive an answer telling me that the replacement spring was in the mail on the way to me at no cost. Today the spring arrived and the 40 year old component is back in fine working condition.
40 years old and still backed, without question, by the company that manufactured it all those years ago.
