RCBS outstanding

I have among a number of presses, an RCBS Ammo Master II which is 40 years old!!

yesterday, the plastic tube on which the powder measure is attached broke while i was loading 40sw.

I called RCBS service, connected to a very pleasant person, explained the problem, and -- a new tube is on the way, while on the phone I remembered the small spring that retracts the primer slide had a kink in it and he added that to the shipment. NO QUESTIONS ASKED -- A 40 YEAR OLD PRESS!!!!

Their service is superb. What is really amazing is the length of time it has been superb. Maybe that's how you stay in business for so long.

I just had a 10-10 scale fixed by them . the beam snapped in half when I was putting the clear cover on it . I called and was told to send it in . it was gone for about 2 wks and I didn't hear anything . so I called and was told a new scale was on the way . now im talking about a 20 yr old scale. sure enough a new scale showed up . I have nothing but good things to say about rcbs products . been using them since 1974. ;D
