I would like to recognize RCBS for their outstanding customer service.

Over the years (too many to admit ) three of my full length resizing dies developed some burrs in the neck area galling the neck of my cases when I sized them. I called RCBS and their Rep had me ship the dies to them. Three weeks later I received the dies back from RCBS via Priority Mail with the neck area repolished. The dies are working as good as new. There was no charge for their sevice or the return shipping.

I live about fifty miles from their Oroville Ca. offices and have had a chance to take in dies that needed a little tune up. They're easy to work with, reasonable (to the point of doing the kind of work you described at no cost) and willing to share advice if it's asked for. I truly appreciate RCBS and recommend them every chance I get.

I agree that RCBS has customer service second to none. Also, many don't realize that they now have BR type dies with the sizing button. Also, they have a new neck turner that is very ergonomic and works very well. James
