I have had similar experiences with them

I know that 19 or 20 people have already said RCBS has wonderful customer service. But, they've been so good to me over the years that I just have to add another A+ vote for them.

Wow. I have an old trim pro and a 505 scale I bought from another guy several years ago. Today, I called RCBS and ordered a handle assembly for the Trim Pro and a leveling foot for the scale. The guy said, "Ok, I've got it taken care of." I said, "Do you need a credit card?" He said, "no, it's taken care of." Wow. I will put RCBS at the top of my list when looking at tools, even though some are exactly to my preference.

Nother shout out. Broke my decaping pin and bent the rod on my 45acp die this weekend. Called up rcbs and explained to them what happened. They put me one in the mail free of charge even after I explained it was not a product failure but a bad flash hole. Thanks RCBS.
