Does anyone know of any good wheeled carts similar to the peterson machine?

Please educate me on this.

Across the Course (XTC) is a type of NRA-sanctioned High Power Rifle competition in the US where competitors shoot at distances of 200, 300, and 600 yards from various positions. Matches typically involve 50 or 80 shots using service rifles (e.g., AR-15, M1 Garand) or match rifles, testing accuracy in standing, sitting, and prone positions.

For carrying guns vertical like that I'd just get a golf cart and put brackets on it for the guns and boxes of ammo. Could even add something for a range rod. Most are tricycle configuration so are really stable and some have fold down seats. Add an umbrella holder and you have shade as well.

Facebook Market Place and look for a jogging stroller if you want it wider look for double stroller. Add some ATV/UTV gun mounts and customize it to your liking. I have a double and removed all of the material and used a piece of plywood across the frame for a flat platform and also doubles as a seat when needed. Add the gun mounts to the side rails and you are good the go.
