If that doesn't work, it will be time for a canted rail. Don't use home made shims; you'll only screw up the scope.

Real dumb question if it's been asked, it's not a 300blk is it? If its 223, maybe the actual mount is bent somehow? Or was manufactured wrong or not mounted correctly?
