Forum Boss: Proposed new Federal Law would require Federal license to own firearms, would require mandatory registration of guns, would impose psychological testing program to "certify" fitness of gun owners. Not much left of the First Amendment if this passes as written.

I don't want this to be a political thread. I just want to get the info out so the people it affects US, THE SHOOTING PUBLIC AND GUN OWNERS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TRYING TO DO. I would like the moderator to lock the post but not remove it.

Would someone , anyone , please send a printed copy of the Second Amendment to the Dis-Honorable Ms. Sheila Jackson-Lee . I am most absolutely certain she has never read it . Or any of the Bill of Rights , for that matter . And for the record ; I have read the entire proposed piece of garbage called H.R. 127 . Disgusting !

Federal HR 127 Licensing firearms, ammo and creating a public access registry has been proposed in the House.​

HR 127, proposed on Jan 4 , 2021, has had the text of the bill added online.
It includes: Gun registration (who, what, where stored, etc); Insurance requirements; Psychological Testing of gun owners (and their families!); Gun Training Requirements; Public access to federal gun registry info; Elimination of prior laws preventing the creation of gun registration.
And a lot more... this is just the beginning of the gun grabbing we knew was coming. Need to keep our eyes on this one. Get involved!

The left is very aggressive about generating bills/laws that will destroy the country, but where are our conservative legislators who should be creating bills that would protect our freedom and put integrity back into the elections.

There should already be a bucketful of proposals to eliminate voter fraud. At least make the Dems fight them and show where they stand. jd
