Prometheus II

I got my Prometheus yesterday and all I can say is wow! This is one fantastic machine. I can throw a charge and it has another charge ready to go before I can seat the bullet in the first charge. Brandon Cole is a really nice guy ,he goes out of his way to make sure that you get this machine set up ,and running ,and will answer your questions any time of the day or night. Before you naysayers say "well he should as much as you pay for the machine " just think about the high ticket items you have bought over the years and got zero "customer service". I have a RCBS charge master that has been reprogrammed and this is 3 times faster and EXTREAMLY accurate. Prior to this I was using the Chargemaster with a Gempro 250 and a lil dandy trickler ,and that was accurate ,but real------- slow. If you have any questions give Brand a call. He does this full time now ,so the wait time is not bad. Just wanted to share my excitement. Between this ,my Benchsoure annealer , and Giraud case trimmer ,I float across the floor of my reload room !!!!!!

Congratulations, I have only heard only good things about them. Would you have the contact info available for for him? Since the price of the GD 503 has gotten so high I have been considering a Prometheus. I would like to talk to Brandon if you have the number. Thanks, Bob

Gents, while I totally agree to the coolness of the Pro II, are we sure that Brand wants his phone number posted on the web?? Might want to check with him first.....

Can I ask what price point they are at?
I can't find a website or any information other than the review of his old system.
Thanks!

Thanks for your concern, Brand is more than happy to have his # on here , we discussed it. If you look at the # you will notice a Wash. area code, he is in Ark. now but has kept this same # for prometheus costomers since the beggining. This is his full time job now. As far as price I would suggest you call Brand and discuss that.

Brand is as good as they come. I am honored to call him a friend. Should anyone choose to go the Pro II route, you will not be sorry. One of the best gun/reloading thing I have ever had.

JVON, I am glad to hear you are happy with not only the accuracy but the speed of the Prometheus II. I recently returned my lease contract and check to Brand and should receive mine in the next couple of weeks. I have been using a Target Master trickler and a GD-503 scale and while very accurate it is also very slow. I really don't like the fact that you don't actually own the Prometheus and probably would of ordered one a year or more ago if that wasn't the case. But every post I have read has been so positive I decided I had to have one as well.

Welcome to the Club, and don't be surprised how much your wife will like it, what used to take hours will now be minutes, I have charged and seated 200 rounds in 1 hour flat.

A lot of the time I can justify a purchase because I know I can get most if not all of my money back when I sell it. Can you sell you lease?

If you have ?s call Brand Cole , he is the inventor and builder, please don't knock the machine or business philosophy's behind it untill then. I was skeptical because I am retired on fixed income. This machine rocks!!! It is amazing and the craftsmanship is beyond what you can even imagine! His # is earlier in post and he will talk to you day or evenings, nice guy.

Yes you can sell it if you can find someone to agree to and take over your lease and it would have to be approved by Brand. If you had it for ten years you would be selling it with 15 years left on the lease.

I spoke with the owner about getting one about two years ago. He said he would have me one by x date. When I called him to send him the money, he said he didn't have the machine and for me to call him in a couple of months to see if he could get me one. Well, I don't care how good his machine is, I'm not going to beg him so be can take my $3,500.00 for a lease, especially after he just backed out on his word. The machine appears to be good, but the owner and I just didn't see eye to eye. So I kept my $3,500.00, he kept his machine, and no one gor hurt, so I guess it was good after all. :)

I would say that is the problem, as far as I know he doesn't start the machine untill he has signed lease and check. Maybe a lack of communication or understanding?
