Prometheus II

I really value my time. If I shot as much as some of you guys, I would almost be looking at it as, "I can't afford not having one".

25yrs x 12 months = 300 months

~$3000 / 300mo = ~$10 month

I don't know what the rest of you make, but that's about 7 minutes of overtime for me....per month. If I loaded ammo every month and this thing could save me hours of my life....I'd have to have one. I only load once or twice a year so, I don't have one - yet.

JHardy - If you could load faster, you'd have a lot more time for "honey-do's". ;)

I don't have a honey do list to be concerned with, but if it were a real lease, I would not mind paying the ten buck a month for the scale. The lease concept is to restrict how it can be used, the way I see it at that amount a person should be able to do what he wants to do with it.

I have had this machine about 2 weeks now , and I still get " giddy" every time I fire it up! I now have learned to set it up so I can load a round every 10 seconds!! Brand you are "The Man"!!!

I don't understand why he'd want to restrict what it is used for.

And after 25 years, I wish him luck getting the units back.

In talking to Brand I don't think
getting them back is a real concern, I think he will be in his 80's or dead if he pisses his wife off , assuming he has one like mine! She's sweet butt don't piss in her corn flakes!!! His lease program gives him the option of choosing who gets this machine(It's not for the novice shooter or reloader) All of the above is just my opinion and not something I was told. I just think Brand has a good reason for what he does , because if you speak to him he is a pretty sharp individual. Enough of my rant those of of us who have one "KNOW" JVON :)

Brand is more than sharp, he has the rare ability to see something, and make it better, without making it more complicated, his engineering teachers must have been old school masters, men who worked with there hands and not Auto CAD, and instilled that ever ending quest to make it better in him. I picked mine up in person, got the full instruction from the Master, and saw how one man builds calibrates and delivers a simple machine with new world enhancements, we ate lunch, shot the **** and as I drove away for TEXAS I still remember what tremendous sense of awe respect and pride. Again the lease is no big deal, in my group of people I shoot with there are 6 Gen2's, none of us care about the lease, all of us are happy we to have it, and all of us would do it again, less time reloading means more time shooting, which one would yall rather be doing.
