I recently had a custom 6.5 PRC built. I reload for most of my rifles and have always used Lapua Brass so I didn't worry much about the primer pockets. Lapua doesnt carry the PRC brass so I ordered some Hornady brass instead. Because I've heard some bad things about the Hornady brass I decided to exhaust all efforts to make this brass is as consistent as possible. I bought a Lyman pocket reamer (not the uniformer tool) thinking that it would take out and imperfections in the "roundness" of the pocket. After doing a little reading I realized that the pocket reamers were really intended for removing the crimp on military cases. My question is since I've already done roughly 30 cases can I use them or have I ruined them? I dont know if I've created an issue in which the primers will become loose or not. Just looking for some feedback. Thanks...
