Small screwdriver(glasses type) if it won't go into shell holder.
You're not playing with a ticking bomb. It ain't no big deal.
If the case pocket is f'ed up. Throw it in the trash.

Use a universal decapping die with care, and eye and ear protection. A regular sizing die could potentially retain pressure and release it in an unpleasant way. Primers require a sharp impact to ignite, so slow & gentle is the way to go. If you don't have a universal decapping die, you can temporarily extend the spindle of a regular sizing die so that you deprime before the case seals the die. A universal decapping die should be in every reloader's toolbox; I use mine to deprime brass before tumbling.

When you use the cloth to cover the operation and in the highly unlikely event that the primer ignites, 1: 1 bazillion chances , the cloth will stop or at least slow the primer. But it may well set the cloth on fire(that sort of is its job). I keep a fire extinguisher accessable in my loading room.(wife is not allowed to touch it)(well, maybe in case of fire).
