I was wondering how large of an extruded powder charge would you feel totally confident using a FedGMM210M to ignite.
Think VVN165 as the powder to ignite. Different than IMR 4064? How about VVN560 and one more, RL-26? Temperatures will be cool to HHOOTT! Well maybe i won't shoot if it gets real hot.

I use N 165 and N 560 In 270 Win, 280 Rem, 30-06 and several 284 based wildcats with nearly 60 grs in some cases. With Fed 210s or 210 GMMs . From near zero to 90 degrees with no issues.

Looked into this recently for my 7 saum build. Seems everyone is just using regular large rifle for those powders for about 60 gr. Somewhere I read no need for a magnum primer until 70 gr.

Ive used 210s and CCI large rifle up to 55 plus grains in a 6.5-284 case and never thought i needed more.

I've used standard primers similar to the 210M with charges of N-165 over 60 grains with no problems at all. It is an easy powder to ignite.
