Preliminary Ladders show promise.

After shooting 5 break in rounds, Fire Formed 30 more cases, took them home cleaned, trimmed, annealed, resized, primed then took them to our 500 yd.(actually 480 measured)range. Preliminary ladders are very promising with the new Krieger barrel. Was pretty windy when session began and mirage was running hard, Lt. to Rt. By the time I ran the second Ladder, thing were starting to tame down as you can see in the second ladder target. Six of the twelve shots in Ladder two had only 5/16 of vertical. Ladder #1 showed very little as well but more horizontal because of the heavier wind and mirage. All in all I'm very pleased. Caliber is a 6 Bra. Ladder was 0.1 Gr. increments from 30.2 to 30.5 Gr's. H-4895. Can't seem to get Ladder#1 Target turned correctly.

These were on the second firing Jim, E.S.'s were running between 5 to 11 fps. After have a complete 100 rounds formed, I'll sort my record rounds with the chrono when they settle in.

Here to Jim, I was fighting it a bit on the first Ladder but the vertical was still very good. It finally did calm a bit around 6:30 then I shot the second Ladder.
