Predator calls

I'm looking for a coyote call that has a remote with some range. 100 yards or so. I want to get the call far enough so they don't see me swatting, scratching and farting.

Fox Pro if you can afford it - I use an old cheap Primo's electronic caller that only has 6 different calls. It has a remote call feature and it works fairly well.

No matter which call you use you have to pay attention to the wind.

Depends on your cost limits. FoxPro or luckyduck for calling units, both have excellent sounds & are easily loaded with other sounds. Both will do 100-200 yards easily.

Don't forget mouth calls. Everybody has an electronic caller these days. In some areas the coyotes seem to have become "call smart". I have found the imperfect sounds of mouthcalls are usually productive when the Foxpro won't bring them in.

I have a fox pro but have saw much better luck when hunting with folks who were good with mouth calls. Me using mouth calls, not so much....lol

I just bought the Foxpro Inferno a few weeks back, comes with 75 different calls and capacity for 200. I have yet to try it out in the field but that's coming up soon. Speaker can be set up 500 yards line of sight or 100 yards in thick cover. Has a port for external speaker also. They say to stock up on extra AA batteries. You can find them for 200 bucks.

I have hunted under a FoxPro...Get a Lucky Duck for great realistic sounds. If you can find them in stock.

Cell phone down load the app and get a external speaker if the sounds volume on the phone isn’t enough

I currently use mouth calls and a Primos Alpha dog- here in Saskatchewan it gets cold- and maybe the cold causes the issue but the Primos sure doesn’t live up to its 100 yard remote range claim. New batteries don’t help. The next one will be a high end lucky Duck- ive heard and read good things about them- also much more affordable than the fox pro. Some of the high end fox pros are more machine than I would ever need- but the fox bang feature where they sense the muzzle blast and switch to a designated sound of your choice EX: pup distress. Is a nice feature.

I have 3 foxpros and a icotech.. they all have features that are good and bad. If I was going to buy one it would be the cs24c foxpro, loud enough, light, rechargable batteries and holds a ton of sounds, also some good mouth calls, randy anderson, rick robbins, tony tebbe, I shoot ALOT of dogs, and there is times when they just wont come to an electronic call but with an electronic call playing a confidence sound and me blowing a mouth call gets them running. This was last saturdays hunt

FOXPRO FOR ME I HAVE 2 OF THE OLDER WILDFIRE 2'S MODELS AND THEY HAVE SENT SEVERAL SONG DOG OUT OF THIS LIFE !
