Powder valley question

Just a quick question. Ordered some stuff from them in the 5th and it's still showing my order as "processing". Is this normal or am I supposed to get a "shipped " email ? First time I ordered from them so dont know how they do things. Not trying to cause a problem or anything just know a lot of people buy from them here and figure it would be a good place to ask

Sounds fairly normal, as they are very busy right now. Wouldn't hurt to give them a follow up call.

Make sure you ordered from the correct "Powder Valley" . I know awhile back there was a website that was mirroring there site. I almost ordered from the wrong site.........

Just give em a call, or email and ask the status of your order. They don’t bite. Good people over there from what I’ve gathered talking to them.

Okie dokie, I'll probably give them a call in the morning, yeah I've heard nothing but good from them so haven't been stressing about it. Just kinda though about it while getting in bed and thought it was a little odd and not like I can call them at 11.pm lol actually might just send them a email.

Normal they take about 4-5 days till the order physically ships (notice picked up by USPS). Once it ships it arrives fairly quick about 3-4 days.

I use PV, but will buy my powder first from Mid South, and they have
been backed up also.

Each supplier generally has a limit of hazardous materials it can ship daily. I'll bet they are hitting that limit.

I placed an order for brass on Jan. 2nd. I got a confirmation that it shipped yesterday, which did take longer than usual. Guessing they were backed up from the holidays. PV has always been a quality supplier to me.

I ordered some powder a couple weeks ago and didn't even get a order confirmation email. Then a few days later I got a shipping notification but only that a label was created. Then after several more days the tracking number indicated it was moving along.
