A Lee Perfect or Lee Classic. Of the two I prefer the Classic. http://leeprecision.com/stand-mounted-powder-measures/Are any made for stick powders like the IMR's, that will throw a charge without cutting or crushing the powder.

I've only ever had three measures which didn't chomp on extruded powders, the Lee's and a Johnson's Quick Measure. The QM worked well enough but occasionally it would hang up on a kernel of extruded resulting an overweight the next throw or holding the valve open leaking powder on the bench. After buying the Lee's (Perfect-Classic) I made a guy a killer deal on the QM/w accessories and two Uniflows, one NIB. The only measures I have now are the two 55s for ball-flake powders and the two Lee's for every thing else. The old B&M, Lyman 55 with Culver insert, Redding, Ross all cut powder.

Cheap lee makes the best never hear a crunch LarryI have an original charge master, generally throws right on the money give or take 1-2 kernels but it is slow and no mods. for this one. That is why I was wondering about a dropper.
