Pic rail scope ring Quality?

This should probably go in the gear talk area, but I thought it would get a prompt answer here.
Of these scope rings in 30mm are any better than the rest?
Straighter?,higher quality?,better material?,MADE IN THE USA etc. etc. ???
1) Leupold Mark IV around $148.00
2) Ken Farrell around $153.00
3) Badger Ordnance around $170.00
Thank You, Laurence.

I have also been a fan of the TPS rings. They are about half the price of the others and seem to be made as good as the Badgers I've tried. That being said, I'm going with Burris Signatures on my new build due to the delron inserts not scratching up a scope like many traditional rings are prone to do if not lapped properly.

TPS ring are as good as any ring at half the cost. Burris has the best idea on the market if they would clean up their act....jim

Well, I'll go against the tide and recommend the Leupold Mark IVs in Steel.
Very solid, very good finish and nice looking.
Only possible negative is that they are somewhat heavy.

I have a Badger Ordnance tapered base and 30mm rings on my 308, absolutely rock solid and very strong, the rings are individually marked and matched ex factory as a pair. The 20 moa tapered base is very precise, move the scope and get exactly the moa adjustment with each interval on the base. I would not hesitate to buy Badger again for my next rifle, although I do appreciate there is other good gear available as others above have indicated. Badger may be at the higher end price wise, but like a lot of things, you forget the price after a while and enjoy the product. Never looked back on this decision....unlike a few other purchase decisions I have made.

A tip: IOR Valdada has great HD steel rings in very high quality. I prefer steel rings and for duty I carbon nitrogen harden them.

Burris is hard to get and the cheap cross screw is very easy to strip, miss marked inserts. It sounds like a QC. problems.....jim
