Like I really care about being on a list. I have a FFL and my own FBI file because I have a FFL. Have the people saying the petition will not work ever thought the left side will be happy to point out that there was only 400 signatures if that is all it has vs having 1 million? Take your tin foil hat off and sign up for the petition the time you spent posting it will not work you could have filled it out. Believe me if you have a cell phone, lan line or computer and buy gun stuff or speak of guns or go to gun websites you are already on a list. I work in IT as my main job they monitor and track all of it and have for years so don't kid yourself.

Just a heads up. I just got home and the webpage counter had gone up from this morning about 3 hours ago from like 675 signed to 754 signed. I then refreshed the page and it again went up to 768 signed....for about 2 seconds and then dropped back down to 751. I refreshed again and it read 768 for about a second and then back down to 751. Sumpin weird.

That doesn't surprise me. I checked it twice, once about 30 minutes ago and then just now. Both time with multiple refreshes and nothing changed with the numbers. But that doesn't mean that there hasn't been or won't be something silly go wrong with the counter.

Was just on the petition site and the number changes between 2210 and 2141 signers if I refresh the page a few times. Can't help but wonder how to really verify the thing other than accepting what this "Entity" puts out.

Waste of time. This is a lame duck administration, who swore to do everything he can to write gun laws.

It doesn't matter how many signatures, or how many signatures a month you generate. You cannot generate enough in five months to have any effect.

The only way to have political consequences is to make sound political decisions.

You want to control the administration? Put up a compromise candidate who is capable of winning.

That is the only way you will control the presidency.

If he had so much power why not just say no more guns starting right now and that would be it? You want your voice heard sign the petition and call and email your reps. If you want to sit on the couch crying about it and do nothing but wait to vote don't cry to a gunsmith when your next barrel job is 750 instead of 250 and a 2 to 3 year wait. That is the what will happen. The guys left will have to raise their price a lot and since they will be a select few they will have a long wait time.
