Hey guys what’s your pet loads for your 20/222
I just reworked a load it was 23.5gns 2207 32gn vmax and Winchester case and primer

My 20-222 likes necked down Lapua 222 brass, 40gr Berger, 22.5gr H322 and 205m It sends those Berger 40 grainers at 3650 from 26in Hart 11tw barrel.

This mine just a Remington pacnor barrel

A buddy is shooting one and the 35 grain Berger was his bullet choice. I am not certain of the powder. It shot very well.

I have a remington 788 26” 11tw krieger mtu/ mcmillan hbr stock, timney trigger. Nikon (japan) 6.5-20 fch. I have only had time to shoot it with H4198 and 32’s. Vmax and Blitzking. Its absolutely surgical on varmints. Very fun very easy. Tiny clusters no problem. Im shooting 20.5 grs H4198 and probably will until i cant get it anymore. Id like to try A2230 &VVn133 but havent had time. Love the cartridge

CAUTION, my data is for a 20 Bobcat. But the powder and bullet are applicable for you. Shot at 100m

WW super brass, necks turned, a 1-12 twist Laja barrel, Remington 700 action. Federal match primers, 32gr Vmax, 23.5grs of H322.Will shoot H4198 just as good or better, but like everyone else I have run out. But a consistent 0.397 5 shot grp from H322 if I do my job. The only mistake I made on this rifle was I should of went with a 1-11 twist on the barrel. Won't shoot 35grs worth a darn.

I loaded up some off the 23.5gns 2207 with the 32gn vmax
I thought id see what it did over the Magna speed spotter chronograph
The 2 shots I fired went 4004fps 4005fps
Is this possible or is that telling me lies don’t have another chronograph close handy to verify until a mate comes with his
