Over-sized carbide button

Update.
The 40micron diamond lapping compound on a polish tool and dremel did the Job, sort of...
I polished with the button on the stem and let it spin while doing this. I was thinking that would help make it smaler evenly around the whole button. It did not.
Polishing induses heat that made measuring as I went along a little bit troublesome. I actually took of to much and ended up a little bit under the diam i was aming for. And a liiiitle bit out of round. I polished with a finer paste to give it a mirror shine. Time will tell how this works out. The lesson learndt is that for only a few $ you CAN do a LITTLE work on carbid. The Uppside is that i now have three different size buttons to choose from.

I don't like the buttons in the die that expands the neck when sizing. I guess that is why I have carbide neck sizing bushings in .0005 increments. I only have them in 22,6,6.5, and 30. I have 9 bushings per caliber. As mentioned before I have about a hundred steel bushings.
My method, say, for forming 6ppc. I have a fireforming barrel and fireform a new case full of Bullseye and a wax plug instead of a bullet. This allows me to finish expanding the inside of the neck with just a very slight amount. I don't like working the neck with tools any more than necessary. Having a machine shop I have a lot of reamers. I do a light ream to the inside of the neck to remove the stretch marks from forming. I cut them to length and turn the necks. I have 2 reamers for ea. cartridge. I have a reamer for a sizing die made to my specs and the chambering reamer for chambering and making my seater die.

I swapped out the original button in my forster fl sizer die for a carbide one and that made the neck a tiiinyyy bit bigger and now the case don't grip the bullet enough.
Is there any way I can take a thousand or half off its diameter? I only have simple hand tools like drill and dremmel.
You don't need an expander button, throw it away. Buy a Redding FL -S bushing die.
