Oregon Measure 114, the Changes to Firearm Ownership and Purchase Requirements Initiative, is on the ballot in Oregon as an initiated state statute on November 8, 2022.

A "yes" vote supports this ballot initiative to: require permits issued by local law enforcement to buy a firearm; require photo ID, fingerprints, safety training, criminal background check, and fee payment to apply for a permit; and prohibit manufacturing, importing, purchasing, selling, possessing, using, or transferring ammunition magazines capable of holding more than 10 rounds and make violations a class A misdemeanor.

It is going to be voted on period. The west side of this state has the voting power so we will see what happens. If you would like to think about this a little further, the NRA in the past has stopped these types of stupidity's in the the past, however it isn't the power house it was in the past any longer.

Portland Now goes to the center of the State to Include Bend ( Now Northern California ).
