Opinion on Hart Barrels

My first custom barrel was a Hart. I sent my old barreled action to them. They blueprinted it and put a 12 twist 308 M 24 on it. Shot like a custom should. I've had 4 others barreled by them.

My first was a Douglas, second was a Hart. Been going back and
forth between the two for many years. I did sprinkle in a few cut
barrels for the longer game but just can't give up the Hart barrels.

Karen sent me a Max Varmint .284 blank not long ago. Going to be
a TD-6 project.....

Sorry about the fuzzy pic....

My 300m rifle has a Hart barrel on it. The barrel was purchased from Clyde Hart in 1976. I don't know if it is the best barrel I have owned, but it's close. I don't know that the method of manufacture means a lot. Good work is good work. Good results are achieved either way. WH

Hart makes great barrels , I have shot many over the 40+ dealing with them, and make a damn good action too
Way back years ago a friend of mine got ahold of a .308 with a Hart barrel on it. That thing would shoot lights out.
