One-piece FL dies vs. bushing-type FL dies?

Anybody think that a custom one-piece solid die with the neck honed to your needs produces more concenetric rounds than a FL die that uses interchangeable bushings?
There was something about a one-piece die would theoretically be straighter by design and something about possibly the floating bushings in an adjustable die allowing a bit of slack or potential for neck runout.
Maybe urban legend since so many seem to prefer the interchangeable bushing design.

in2deep,
I have several custom honed dies, They make very concentric ammo. I still think it is very important to have bushing dies as well. You need them for many tasks, finding desired neck tension, forming brass, and they make very concentric ammo as well.

I don't.

I get run out from custom made and semi custom made dies with bushings that give me run out between .0005" and .0015". Bushings are certainly a lot cheaper, $30 for a carbide, than buying a new honed die. When tuning a barrel, sometimes a .001" in neck tension makes a huge difference on the target. Doing that with a $30 bushing instead of a $125 to $200 custom honed die is much more economical.

I bought my dies from Harrell's which saved me a bunch. Their link: http://harrellsprec.com/. They have expanded their line of bushing dies which is not reflected on the Webb site. Call for calibers.
