Once again no new Sinclair Catalog!

Just like the title says Sinclair has skipped over me again, and I'm not the only one. This happens EVERY time a new catalog comes out. I have to call and complain and then they send me one. They claim it's a problem with the printer.
COME ON SINCLAIR GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got mine. I remember something on here about only mailing automatically to people who purchased from them in the last 12-18 months. Did you buy anything from them this year? Seems strange.

I've been a Sinclair customer ever since the 1980's when it was Fred building guns. In the last year alone I've spent over $1000.00 with Sinclair so I should get a #$%%# catalog!
I'll go on record to say this problem didn't exist untill Sinclair was bought by Brownells, so perhaps I should say COME ON BROWNELLS GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!

Let me also say that since mailing labels are generated probably by a computer program that it is obvious that this program has some glitch that needs fixing. How many potential customers and thier $$$$ are lost due to this continuing problem over the last years? Or are they making that much money that they don't care if they are losing a few of us along the way?

Just give them a call and they will send one to you. Even better, call in an order and they can put one in the box with the goodies.

i know it is nice to have a catalog in one's hand, but there website is just as good if not better--will show any discounted items

i know how it feels... besides finding the item your need / want sometimes doesn't come up

i had that problem with a competitor of theirs... when i called they said i haven't ordered lately... i said if they'd like, i'd send in my invoices for the last 12yrs... an the total would surprise ya'all... i said if i can't see what you have [no catalog] how can i buy anything, plus your inventory seems to less then available when i do have needs.. i laid it them good... i don't have to ask anymore i get twq a yr

Barry my post mistress in the little town where I get my mail is 70 years old and half crippled, so I don't think she's interested. LOL!

John I know all it takes is a call, but the point is for the last three years I've had to call twice a year every year and they still can't fix the problem.

Cole websites are nice, but it's still nice to sit by the fire and ponder a wish book. Besides they get more sales from a print catalog because you always see things to add to your order.

Again prior to three years ago no problem.

You're posting on an internet forum that you didn't get your paper catalog mailed to you? Do you see any irony in that? Get with it man. Save a tree and go to their website.

Save a tree? Ha! I live in the woods in the middle of a state forest. I have 88000 acre's of trees. You live in Arizona how many trees do you want me to send you? LOL! I've been raking leaves everyday for the last month, so I'm pretty tired of the trees right now, can you trade me some desert for some forest?

Joking aside, your point is taken, but I still like to page thru a wish book now and then.

off subject .. but i know what your going thru Dan... i moved from my Ct. home 6 yrs ago.. i had live under a canopy of tree 1 1/2 acre plot for 26yrs.. a 8 hp leaf blower didn't even help when the big fall came... :'(
now here... a couple of pine trees on 1/2.. not to mention no ice & snow ;D

back on... i think they use re cycled paper anyway ... lol's

Thank you. I have no idea what is going on my mailing address hasn't changed in 25 years.
This has only happened for the last three years since Brownells bought Sinclair out and changed printers. It has to be a software glitch.
