Old 30-06 Target rifles -- again

I had the old 195? m70 a the range today.
It was cold and windy so I only shot at 200 yds.
Here's some pics of the targets and the old " obsolete" rifle.

Anyone who says the 30-06 is obsolete is just plain ignorant.I have 4, 03 springfields with one wearing a star barrel(match) it shoots fantastic.I also have 3 m1 garands and they all shoot real well and wouldnt hesitate to hunt with any of them . The 30-06 is timeless and will be famous till they perfect the railgun for civilian use,LOL. That is good shooting, cant and wouldnt complain about it either. I will take anyones old 30-06 off their hands if they dont want them anymore. Your rifle is beautiful and I wish it were mine.

Gotta love em, I just walked in from a deer hunt with mine, watched does for 30 min hoping big boy would come out.. no joy. I also have one for sale.
