Ok ok I did it wrong

Also not sure what brass that you are using, but I've never seen any NEW brass that the shoulders had to be bumped back on before the first firing. Using a mandrel to open up the inside of the necks on Lapua brass is about all I do on the first firing.
 
If you have any of the NEW brass left that you haven't yet run through the F/L sizer try clambering a couple of pieces, with no bullet, to see how they feel.
 
Well then you have all the tools you need to solve this problem. Try to chamber a few new unfired cases for reference. The bolt should close easily. Also remove the primers on a few of the fired cases, with out touching any out side part of the brass, so as to check the shoulder lengths compared to the unfired cases.
