New York State is one of lushist beautiful states around with the finger lakes and state parks,lake ontario etc etc but the democrat government sucks.I think it is worth fighting for at the poles this next year.

I grew up in NY it breaks my heart what it has become. I will not be going back but fight the good fight.

Now if N.Y. state and others that are going to do that same with no ammunition being sent into the state, I pray the ammunition companies follow suit and stop shipping ammunition to cities and all law enforcement agencies also within the state/s. Let's see how that goes and how fast the state/s make a rule that exempts them. And then I pray the ammunition companies say NO SHIPPING to anyone in the those states.

And that would be within the laws that they approved!

Additionally in NY the LGS charges 1 cent/round and a 4.50 transfer fee
The purchase requires one to fill out the equivalent of a 4473 form .and note on the form the number of rounds, caliber, and lot number.

LGS is not the one "charging" the costs you mentioned.

NY State is collection AMMO TAX, 5 cents per round for centerfire!! $2.50 per AMMO purchase for

Background Check!! And $9 per Firearm Background Check!! They no longer use the Fed. NICS System and

everything is going thru NYSP which I'm sure is just running smooth as silk....

I have not and will not buy any Ammo or Firearms under this BS attempt to create the Data Base

for confiscation.
