Member of the NRA because it’s required at one of my ranges…. Basic membership. I donate to GOA.
What did he do to washington? Are you talking about that gun bill he backed that failed back in the obama days?If you lived in Washington State, you would most likely think differently.
Everyone has an opinion.
It is a long story. What did he do to washington?
I see. Ill have to check that out. You just dont know what you dont know i guess. He seems like he does file a lot of lawsuits these days every time the gun grabbers pop up and he seems to be doing good workIt is a long story.
Had to do with gun shows and the rules surrounding them.
Washington Arms Collectors, among others, suffered directly from his involvement by meeting with the State.
He basically thought he was smarter than everyone else and could manipulate the State,
It backfired with major consequences.
Join others, if it is allowable to meet your requirement. If so, go to Wyoming State Shooting Association. Or California's association (which is tremendously active on the front line fighting antigun BS in California ).Don’t think there is one in Alabama.
Which organization is at the forefront on fighting Measure 114 in Oregon????
I may be mistaken, I don't know how to check my memory, but I think he was charged and convicted on tax charges a number of years ago. If someone could check on that, it would be public information. If that is a felony he can't own a gun in WA. and he probably lost his license to practice law. The NRA is corrupt from the top, WLP and the entire board of directors, dept. managers, regional directors, every one of them are involved or at least tolerant of corruption. Need proof, they certainly aren't listening to the membership. WLP needs to be prosecuted, and not defended by the money of the NRA, he can use the money he has taken already. His salary and his wife's is way out of line for a 503 (C) organization and has been for many, many years. His expense account numbers are also 'off the charts'. There is no reason to wait for the state of New York's action on the organization, WLP should be brought to trial by the organization NOW, in the appropriate jurisdiction. He should no longer be on the street, living 'high on the hog'. It's not rocket science, he is a grifter. It is a long story.

Thank you, GeorgeThe IRS nabbed him with the felony. His gun rights were restored in the mid 80s.
