Remember all those cities that took aim at the NRA by cutting off contracts to anyone who supported the NRA, cutting off access to insurance, and banking services? In writing those new laws, those cities and lawmakers made it clear that they intended to cause NRA financial harm by limiting membership income, even going so far as labeling them a terrorist organization.
Well, when it comes to political tactics, they made a HUGE tactical error. And now they're getting a great big Federal Spanking in the courts. LMAO!
Their actions have been seen by the Federal Courts as cutting off FIRST amendment rights, without even first considering any second amendment rights violations, and the NRA is now cleared to take them to court over it.
