No mess decapping press??

Every so often I have a primer roll between the catcher and the ram on my rock chunker with German's catcher. When it does happen I have to stop and clean it up. But 95% of the time all is as good as it could be expected messing with a fired case/primer.

Try the Harvey depriming tool. It's a hand tool that will work for almost all sizes of cases. If you do get one be sure and get the pin that fits the small flash hole on Lapua brass. The small pin works on the larger flash holes too. I just spread a towel to catch the spent primers and shake it out in the trash can when I'm done. And it doesn't mess with your necks.
