I would just like to post up a thread on sharing a wonderful experience with the customer service of Nightforce scopes.
I needed a replacement turret dial, they sent out the wrong one (there were options, so they took a chance on which one), and the replacement replacement (alternative) is now on it way, same day of emails.
The communication from them was the best experience possible.
The dial is being sent to the UK within 4 days.
I would like to thank the team at nightforce for showing how it can be done.
