Nightcore customer service

I would just like to post up a thread on sharing a wonderful experience with the customer service of Nightforce scopes.

I needed a replacement turret dial, they sent out the wrong one (there were options, so they took a chance on which one), and the replacement replacement (alternative) is now on it way, same day of emails.
The communication from them was the best experience possible.
The dial is being sent to the UK within 4 days.

I would like to thank the team at nightforce for showing how it can be done.

I made a trade for a used NXS awhile ago and the turrets were all scratched up. I called nightforce to see how much some new replacements would be. He went and looked to see if they had any for the model I was after. He came back and said he found a couple and would have them in the mail tomorrow, free of charge. Stuff like that goes along way in my book.
 
I have had very poor customer service from Nightforce. 3 friends have had issues that were not fixed or fixed incorrectly. I own my last NF products. :(:(
